Key Responsibilities:
✔ End-to-end recruitment for US Engineering / Non-IT roles
✔ Sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and Boolean search
✔ Candidate screening and interview coordination
✔ Handling W2 / C2C / 1099 hiring models
✔ Maintaining candidate pipelines and ATS documentation
Preferred:
• Experience with MSP / VMS clients
• Experience working with direct US clients and implementation partners
• Exposure to industries like manufacturing, energy, automotive, or aerospace
