Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and tendering processes for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems across commercial and industrial projects. You will be responsible for preparing competitive bids, conducting vendor negotiations, and conducting value engineering to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills
· Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC ducting, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical load calculations.
