🔥 What You’ll Work On
• Design and evolve high-scale REST APIs and distributed systems
• Build reliable integrations using Kafka, Spanner, Quarkus & REST
• Handle complex data integration, reconciliation and entity resolution
• Design for API versioning, backward compatibility and scalability
• Improve system reliability with SLOs, observability and alerting
• Work with event-driven architectures, microservices and asynchronous systems
• Build strong data quality, lineage and freshness practices
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools like Cursor, Claude Code & MCP
💡 What We’re Looking For
. 8+ years of production-grade software engineering experience
. Strong API & distributed architecture expertise
. Experience with REST, GraphQL, gRPC and event-driven APIs
. Strong Kafka/event-streaming and data modeling experience
. Hands-on experience with microservices and integration patterns
. Strong understanding of testing, performance and system reliability
. Experience working with sensitive/regulated data
. Excellent communication and technical decision-making skills
. Experience mentoring engineers and influencing architecture
⭐ Nice to Have
• AI/LLM pipelines in production
• Entity Resolution / MDM at scale
• Healthcare credentialing experience
• Experience with AI evaluation and monitoring frameworks
