We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer – Press Shop with strong hands-on experience in sheet-metal and automotive component manufacturing.
🔧 Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in sheet-metal / automotive manufacturing
Hands-on experience in press forming
Experience in gas cutting and/or plasma cutting
Ability to read engineering drawings
Knowledge of press dies and tooling
Knowledge of cutting and forming parameters
Ability to identify cutting and forming defects
Basic quality inspection and measurement skills
Ability to achieve production targets
Manpower handling and shop-floor coordination
Breakdown handling and problem-solving capability
Automotive component manufacturing experience
Strong shop-floor discipline and safety awareness
