🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in service support in automobile/EV space
Strong understanding of EV Vehicle know how
Proven experience in handling vehicle breakdown, Batterry/Mechanical/Electrical issues
Ability to manage customer escalations and improve overall customer service experience
