🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Lithium battery repair & troubleshooting
• Lithium cell replacement
• Cell balancing & battery health assessment
• BMS repair, testing & replacement
• BMS/software configuration knowledge
• Electronic component-level repair & replacement
• Battery fault diagnosis and testing
• Knowledge of battery wiring, connectors and protection systems
🎯 Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Lithium-ion battery technology & battery science
• Practical experience with EV battery packs
• Good understanding of BMS, cells, voltage, current & charging systems
• Component-level troubleshooting skills
• Safety-focused approach while working with high-voltage battery systems
