✅ Experience in Operations & Maintenance of renewable energy assets (Solar/Wind/BESS preferred)
✅ Knowledge of plant operations, preventive & corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
✅ Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
✅ Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred
