Are you passionate about electric mobility and the software that brings it to life? We’re looking for a Vehicle Controls Intern to join our team and work hands-on with the control systems that power next-generation EVs.
This is a rare opportunity to move beyond theory and contribute to real EV powertrain development — from model-based design all the way to in-vehicle integration.
What you’ll do
-Develop and simulate EV powertrain control software using MATLAB/Simulink
-Design control algorithms based on functional and system-level requirements
-Support development of the E/E architecture for Vehicle Control Units (VCU)
-Validate control strategies using Model-in-the-Loop (MIL) and Rapid Control Prototyping (RCP)
-Assist with wiring harness integration for EV test benches
-Perform CAN and LIN communication analysis, including frame decoding and diagnostics
-Support on-site, in-vehicle integration of hardware and software, including testing and validation
-Prepare and maintain technical documentation — system models, validation reports, and integration guides
What we’re looking for
-Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive, or a related engineering field
-Working knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink and model-based design concepts
-Familiarity with control systems fundamentals and embedded/automotive software
-Exposure to CAN/LIN protocols is a strong plus
-A curious, detail-oriented mindset and willingness to get hands-on with hardware
