We are looking for experienced Test & Validation Engineers to lead Verification & Validation (V&V) activities for next-generation MW-scale power converters, PCS, BESS, solar inverters, and EV charging systems.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop end-to-end Validation & Verification (V&V) strategies
✅ Create and execute Design Verification Plans (DVP) and Product Validation Plans (PVP)
✅ Build and support MW-scale test infrastructure, grid simulators, battery emulators, and regenerative load setups
✅ Lead test automation using Python, LabVIEW, TestStand, MATLAB, and HIL platforms (dSPACE, OPAL-RT, Typhoon HIL)
✅ Validate grid synchronization, PLL performance, LVRT/HVRT, anti-islanding, protection systems, efficiency, and thermal performance
✅ Drive product certifications from pre-compliance testing through final approvals
✅ Collaborate with TÜV, UL, Intertek, CSA, NABL, and other certification agencies
✅ Lead compliance activities for IEC, UL, IEEE, EMC/EMI, and grid interconnection standards
✅ Execute reliability and environmental testing including HALT, HASS, vibration, thermal cycling, and humidity testing

Preferred Experience:
✔ 1500V Solar Inverters / BESS Systems
✔ Utility-scale Power Conversion Systems
✔ Multi-region product certification (India, Europe, North America)
✔ IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Awareness
