🔹 Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)
🔹 Experience: 10+ years in Battery Systems, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Battery Pack Design & Development
🔹 Location: Pune
✅ Expertise in Battery Pack Architecture, BMS, HV Systems, Functional Safety, Thermal Management, Validation & Product Development preferred.
