🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for a Program Manager – Cockpit Domain to lead certification and validation activities for next-generation infotainment systems. The role involves managing Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and Alexa certification programs, ensuring end-to-end execution from OEM requirements to product launch.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end certification for Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and Alexa from OEM requirement to product launch [Certificat…ngineer_JD | Excel]
Manage full test lifecycle including Android XTS (CTS, VTS), CarPlay, and Android Auto testing
Understand system requirements across Infotainment, Cluster, Connectivity, Apps, and AR-HUD, and define test cases
Analyze new certification requirements and assess HW/SW impact on systems
Handle test monitoring, reporting, and defect tracking (JIRA, Polarion, etc.)
Collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1s, 3PL teams, and partners (Apple, Google) for clarifications
Drive waivers and exception submissions with Apple/Google
Lead pre-certification testing teams and ensure quality delivery
🔹 Required Skills & Expertise
Strong expertise in Infotainment, Driver Display, Connectivity (V2X), AR-HUD, Cybersecurity
Hands-on experience with:
Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Alexa certification
Android XTS (CTS, VTS)
Pre-certification test tools (FACET, CarPlay Test App, ATS, etc.)
Experience in defect tracking & requirement management tools (JIRA, DOORS, Polarion, IBM tools)
Knowledge of Android / Linux / QNX infotainment systems
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
🔹 Qualifications
BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation
