Key Skills & Experience:
✔ Strong expertise in Automotive Embedded Software Development
✔ Hands-on experience with Embedded C and Bare-Metal MCU Development
✔ Solid understanding of Multi-ECU Architecture and Automotive Embedded Systems
✔ Exposure to ASPICE and ISO 26262 development processes
✔ Experience in software effort estimation and technical risk management
✔ Ability to lead technical, design, and code reviews
✔ Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
✔ Experience in ECU release planning and release management
✔ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership abilities
