Key Responsibilities
Lead Automotive Wiring Harness Design & Development activities.
Prepare BOM, drawings, technical documentation, and ECNs.
Handle prototype development, testing, and validation.
Ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, and quality compliance.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Projects, customers, and suppliers.
Resolve design issues and support new product development & continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Automotive Wiring Harness Design & Development.
Good understanding of wires, connectors, terminals, clips, tapes, and harness components.
Knowledge of BOM, ECN, engineering drawings, and product development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of relevant design/engineering software and MS Office.
Qualification & Experience
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering.
5–7 years of relevant experience in Wiring Harness Design & Development.
Automotive Wiring Harness experience is mandatory.
