The electric vehicle revolution is moving fast, and we are looking for a skilled Electrical & Electronics Testing & Validation Engineer (4W EV) to join our Quality Assurance team at our Palwal Plant.
If you have 3–7 years of experience in automotive EV testing and love solving complex diagnostic puzzles from the battery pack to the infotainment system, we want you on the Euler Motors team!
🌱 What You’ll Do:
* End-to-End EV Validation: Test and validate everything from Low Voltage (12V/24V) to High Voltage (HV) architectures, including VCU, BMS, MCU, and OBC.
* Network & Diagnostics: Perform CAN logging, bus load analysis, and UDS diagnostics using tools like Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, and Vehicle Spy.
* Charging & Powertrain: Validate AC/DC fast charging (CCS2), regenerative braking, torque delivery, and thermal protection systems.
* Software & EOL: Flash ECUs, handle OTA verification, and lead End-of-Line (EOL) validation to ensure mass-production readiness.
🛠️ What We’re Looking For:
* Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering.
* Skills: Hands-on experience with EV architecture, CAN protocols, UDS diagnostics, Oscilloscopes, and Insulation Resistance Testers.
* Standards: Familiarity with AIS, CMVR, ISO 26262, and IATF 16949.
