Hiring: Electrical / Instrumentation Engineer – EV Systems ⚡🛵

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Electrical / Instrumentation Engineer to join our EV engineering team and contribute to the development of next-generation electric two-wheelers.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design and develop vehicle electrical architecture, wiring harnesses, schematics, and circuit diagrams.
✅ Integrate EV components including motor controllers, instrument clusters, DC-DC converters, lighting systems, and safety devices.
✅ Lead electrical system integration, validation, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
✅ Perform RCA, DVP&R, EMI/EMC compliance testing, and system optimization.
✅ Collaborate with Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Supplier teams.
✅ Ensure compliance with automotive standards, homologation requirements, and quality processes.
🎯 Required Skills:
✔ Strong understanding of EV powertrain systems and vehicle electrical architecture.
✔ Experience in wiring harness design, power electronics, and component integration.
✔ Knowledge of battery systems, motor controllers, EMI/EMC, DFMEA, and DVP&R.
✔ Experience in vehicle testing, validation, and root cause analysis.
✔ Knowledge of CAN communication and vehicle diagnostics is preferred.

🎓 Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or related disciplines.
