As part of our Diversity Hiring Initiative, we are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Manufacturing Operations to join our Electric Bus Manufacturing team.
The role involves leading end-to-end manufacturing operations across Body Shop, Paint Shop, Trim Line, Final Assembly, EV Systems Integration, and PDI. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving production efficiency, quality, safety, cost optimization, and on-time delivery while managing robotic welding, painting, assembly, and electric bus integration processes. The position also requires leading cross-functional teams and championing continuous improvement initiatives.
We are seeking professionals with 12–18 years of experience in Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, Bus, or EV Manufacturing. Strong exposure to production operations, welding, paint shop, assembly, production planning, and team leadership is essential. Experience in EV manufacturing, automation systems, and advanced manufacturing technologies will be an added advantage.
