🔧 ABOUT THE ROLE
Innovative Instruments & Controls is looking for an experienced Control Panel Support Engineer to handle control panel troubleshooting, electrical testing, PLC I/O verification, commissioning, and customer-site technical support.
🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Troubleshoot and support PLC, HMI, VFD, MCC, PCC, and control panels
• Diagnose electrical and control-circuit faults and provide effective solutions
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and GA drawings
• Perform control panel testing, inspection, and functional checks
• Carry out PLC I/O checking and field wiring verification
• Troubleshoot PLC-based control systems and automation equipment
• Troubleshoot and configure VFDs, sensors, actuators, relays, contactors, and other control components
• Support machine installation, commissioning, and site start-up activities
⚙️ REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Strong hands-on knowledge of industrial control panels and electrical control circuits
• Good knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, MCC, PCC, sensors, and actuators
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and PLC-related faults independently
• Good understanding of PLC I/O and field-level wiring
• Ability to read electrical schematics and GA drawings
• Knowledge of Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Schneider, or Allen-Bradley PLCs will be an advantage
🎯 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / EEE / ECE / E&I or equivalent
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in control panels, electrical troubleshooting, commissioning, or industrial automation
