Role Summary
The Engineer will be responsible for execution of component-level, system-level, and vehicle-level validation activities for LV Battery Systems in electric vehicles. The role involves battery testing, CAN data analysis, coordination with external test agencies, and timely release of validation reports in line with agreed DVP timelines.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Execute component, system, and vehicle-level DVP test plans for LV battery systems as per defined timelines.
Perform CAN data analysis for battery pack validation and prepare detailed test and validation reports.
Conduct periodic vehicle check-ups and battery-related validation tests during vehicle testing phases.
Coordinate and support external testing of battery packs and components as per DVP requirements.
Support battery pack and component validation activities during vehicle development and testing.
Ensure compliance with automotive validation standards and internal testing procedures.
Experience
experience in HV/LV Battery Systems, Battery Management System (BMS), and Charging Systems within the automotive testing domain.
