Responsibilities
Design and develop primary structural systems including the frame, swing arm, side stand, main stand, footrests, grab handle, wheels and handlebar.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of parts while ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, cost targets, and project timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Simulations, Program, Production, and Manufacturing Engineering for seamless part development.
Establish comprehensive Simulation and Testing Design Verification Plans (DVPs) in coordination with respective departments.
Analyze testing and simulation results to drive continuous design improvements and structural optimizations.
Formulate Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) aligned with DVPs to identify and mitigate technical risks.
Oversee the Engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) and maintain accurate documentation for all structural components.
Create and update Design Standard documents while documenting lessons learned to enhance the organizational knowledge base.Apply : Job Details Page
