Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Power Factor Correction (PFC) and power quality systems. The role involves customer site visits, technical support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Attend customer calls, conduct site visits, and perform failure analysis.
2. Coordinate and monitor service contractors for timely service closure.
3. Prepare service reports and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Manage service spares and maintain service MIS/records.
5. Collaborate with sales, customers, and internal teams for issue resolution.
6. Travel across regions for installation, commissioning, and support.
Skill and Knowledge: –
• Reactive power management
• Associated PFC products
• LV/MV APFC system installation and commissioning job and its trouble shooting.
• Excellent communication skills/Proactive,
• Self-motivated and Go – Getter/Hard working. Dedicated/Willingness to learn/convincing skills
