Design and Development Engineer – Electrical Machine
Purpose of The Role:
To assist in design and development of TVSM in-house motor design and development activities.
This include 2D and 3D modelling and designs, structural and thermal analysis, supplier follow-ups and procurement of parts, testing and necessary aids for mass manufacturing
Role Description:
The candidate should be capable to provide technical aid in thermal and structural design. Prototyping and testing of electronic motors / parts suitable for EV applicable.
1.Concept model and drawing preparation and drawing GD & T and Tolerance stack up analysis
- Intemperance Check and Layout Analysis
- Conduct CFD simulation for motor cooling
- Perform structural FCA for motor components
- DFMEA Preparation
- Procurement of designed parts
- DFA/DFM/DFS Closure and Special Characteristic Mapping
- Conduct bench mark study
