🔹 Key Skills Required:
✅ Strong hands-on experience in Amazon Connect
✅ Experience with Amazon Lex & AWS Lambda
✅ Deep experience in Contact Center / CCaaS solutions
✅ Integration experience with SSO / Active Directory (AD), CRM, Case Management & WFM
✅ Strong knowledge of APIs & API integrations
✅ Development experience with Python and/or Node.js
✅ Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD & DevOps
✅ Strong production implementation and troubleshooting experience
🎯 Ideal Profile:
Candidates with strong hands-on Amazon Connect + Lex + Lambda + Contact Center + Integration experience are preferred.
