We are looking for an experienced NPD & NPI Engineer with an automotive electronics background for Rudrapur & Gurugram.
Requirements:
1 ) Qualification: B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline
2) Experience: 5+ years in NPD/NPI within the automotive electronics industry
3) Experience in New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI)
4) Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements
5) Hands-on experience with SMT and electronic assembly processes
6) Experience in the automotive electronics manufacturing industry
7) Strong problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills
