Location: Ahmedabad (Concor)
Experience: 2 to 5 Years

What you’ll work on:
🔋 Lithium-ion cell performance, safety & reliability testing
🧪 Electrochemical, thermal, cycle life & aging validation
⚠️ Safety & abuse testing (Overcharge, Thermal Runaway, etc.)
📊 Failure analysis, root cause investigation & technical reporting
🔬 Battery cyclers, environmental chambers & laboratory equipment
📐 Testing standards such as AIS 156, UL 1642, IEC 62133, IEC 62619, UN38.3 & more
We’re looking for:
✔️ 2–5 years of experience in Li-ion Cell Testing & Validation
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
Hands on experience in:
🔋 Lithium-ion cell performance, safety & reliability testing
🧪 Electrochemical, thermal, cycle life & aging validation
⚠️ Safety & abuse testing (Overcharge, Thermal Runaway, etc.)
📊 Failure analysis, root cause investigation & technical reporting
🔬 Ability to calibrate and maintain Battery cyclers, environmental chambers & laboratory equipment
Knowledge of applicable standards:
📐 Testing standards such as AIS 156, UL 1642, IEC 62133, IEC 62619, UN38.3 & more
✔️ Experience in EV, battery, or automotive domain preferred
✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
