⚡ About the Role
Join our team and play a key role in establishing world-class Lithium-ion Battery Pack Manufacturing facilities. As a Project Engineer, you will lead industrial engineering and automation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, equipment suppliers, and automation partners to deliver high-performance production lines.
🔧 What You’ll Do
✔ Plan and execute manufacturing & automation projects from concept to commissioning.
✔ Coordinate with CFTs to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
✔ Lead FAT, SAT, Installation & Commissioning (I&C) activities for production equipment.
✔ Drive the successful installation of Laser Welding, Cell Stacking, Cell Sorting, and Charge/Discharge equipment.
✔ Collaborate with equipment suppliers and automation vendors to achieve seamless project execution.
✔ Prepare technical documentation, project requirements, and equipment specifications.
✔ Ensure a smooth transition from project execution to mass production.
✔ Support Industry 4.0 and advanced manufacturing initiatives.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Experience in Lithium-ion Battery Pack Manufacturing.
Hands-on knowledge of Laser Welding, Cell Stacking, Cell Sorting, and Charge/Discharge systems.
Strong understanding of Industrial Engineering & Manufacturing Automation.
Experience in FAT, SAT, and Equipment Commissioning.
Knowledge of LV Battery Pack Manufacturing processes.
Excellent project planning, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
