We’re Hiring | Head of Engineering | Solar & Battery Energy Storage (BESS)
Our client is looking for a visionary Head of Engineering to lead engineering excellence, technical strategy, and innovation across Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 12 – 15+ Years
Educational Qualification:
🎓 B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred)
Key Requirements:
✅ Expertise in Solar PV and BESS system design
✅ Hands-on experience with PVSyst and/or Homer Pro
✅ Strong knowledge of Grid Interconnection, Protection Systems, EMS & SCADA
✅ Experience in engineering leadership and technical governance
✅ Expertise in utility-scale Solar, Hybrid Energy Systems and Battery Storage
✅ Exposure to CEIG requirements, IEC standards and OEM technical evaluations
