We’re Hiring | Senior Engineer – Battery Pack Development
📍 Location: Ahmedabad
Join MATTER and help build the next generation of EV battery systems.
What you’ll do:
🔋 Develop and assemble battery pack prototypes.
🧪 Execute DVP-based validation (CTR & BTR).
⚡ Integrate battery packs with BMS, Motor Controller, BCU, and other ECUs.
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready battery packs.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
✔️ 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Battery Pack Development & Validation.
✔️ Expertise in prototype builds, battery pack testing, and system integration.
