NAMTECH (New Age Makers Institute of Technology) is looking for dynamic and industry-driven Trainers to deliver hands-on, practical learning experiences aligned with Industry 4.0.
What You’ll Do
✅ Deliver classroom and practical training in Energy or Automation domains.
✅ Conduct laboratory sessions and hands-on workshops.
✅ Mentor students on industry projects and technical skills.
✅ Develop training content, assessments, and practical exercises.
✅ Ensure safe and effective use of lab equipment and training infrastructure.
✅ Collaborate with industry partners to create an application-oriented learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline.
✔ 2–5 years of industry or training experience in Energy, Electrical Systems, PLC, SCADA, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or related technologies.
✔ Strong practical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
✔ Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring engineers and technicians.
✔ Immediate joiners will be preferred.
