Mahindra Research Valley is looking for a passionate and experienced Wiring Harness Lead to drive end-to-end program execution across vehicle development programs.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead Wiring Harness program planning and execution across multiple vehicle platforms
✅ Drive project governance, gateway deliverables, timelines, and risk management
✅ Coordinate with Platform Teams, VES CoEs, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders
✅ Track E-BOM readiness, software releases, validation status, and vehicle build requirements
✅ Manage project MIS, resource planning, cost control, and budget adherence
✅ Support scope finalization, budget estimation, contracts, and knowledge management initiatives
What We’re Looking For
🔹 6–12 years of experience in Automotive Wiring Harness / EDS / Electrical Architecture / Program Management
🔹 Strong understanding of vehicle development lifecycle and gateway management
🔹 Experience in supplier management, validation, release management, and cost control
🔹 Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
