📢 Hiring for Service Engineer: We are looking for a passionate and technically sound Associate Service Engineer to join our core service team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of our service operations, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing our fleet of electric scooters.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a fresh engineering graduate or diploma holder to build a robust career in the booming EV ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnosis & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults in electric scooters, focusing on core components like the Hub Motor, BLDC Motor Controllers and wiring harnesses.
2. Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine servicing and preventive check-ups to ensure maximum vehicle reliability and safety for our commercial riders and fleet partners.
3. Data Logging & Reporting: Accurately document service histories, parts replacement logs, and warranty claims using our internal service and warranty management.
4. Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with our gig heroes, explain technical issues clearly, and ensure high satisfaction with our turnaround times.
Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (with a strong interest in electronics).
Experience: 0–2 years. Freshers with relevant EV projects or internship experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Technical Knowledge:
1. Fundamental understanding of electrical circuits, voltage, current, and resistance.
2. Basic familiarity with electric vehicle components (batteries, controllers, powertrains, and BMS).
3. Ability to read basic circuit diagrams and electrical schematics.
Tools: Basic hands-on comfort with digital multimeters, diagnostic scanners, and standard mechanical hand tools.
Logistics: Must be willing to travel within the Delhi-NCR region for on-site/field support when required.
