Key Requirements:
✔ 3–7 years of experience in a testing laboratory, certification body, or quality/compliance environment.
✔ Working knowledge of BIS standards, testing requirements, and conformity assessment processes.
✔ Experience in preparation and review of technical documentation, test reports, SOPs, and quality records.
✔ Strong understanding of electrical and electronic product testing methodologies.
✔ Ability to independently handle projects, customer interactions, and technical discussions.
✔ Passion for developing new testing facilities and implementing new standards.
✔ Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements will be an added advantage.
✔ Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
